SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission every year for the recruitment of Group B and C candidates to various government institutes. But this year, the Staff Selection Commission introduced some radical changes in SSC CGL Exam Pattern & Selection Procedure. Some of the most essential and noteworthy changes are

  • Both SSC CGL Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be conducted online or Computer-Based Test (CBT).
  • The Selection Procedure for SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination will now be 3-Tier or 4-Tierdepending on the post you apply for.
  • SSC CGL Tier III will be a Descriptive Paper carrying 100 marks and will be attempted by candidates of all posts.
  • SSC CGL Tier 1 will be conducted from 27 August 2016.
